Murray Blight From Family Visions

Murray Blight
Board Member

In 1999, I was asked to form an agency to facilitate adults who are mentally and physically challenged. In 2000, the voluntary committee formed Family Visions Inc. The agency initially provided respite to families, eventually providing twenty-four-hour client care.

During the past twenty years, I have been the Chairperson and the interim Executive Director on a few occasions with Family Visions. Today, I am a board member who enjoys fundraising for our ‘Special Friends’. Over the past thirty-five years, I have called upon businesses, organizations, community members, and friends to support our annual Monte Carlo Campaign.
